RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CALENDAR QUARTERS
AND PAYMENT DATES WITH RESPECT TO
SEWERAGE SERVICE CHARGES
WHEREAS, use of the sewer system within the City of
Muskego is about to be made or is being made;
BE IT RESOLVED that the following quarter calendars
and payment dates therefor are hereby established for the
assessing of sewerage service charges in the district affected.
DISTRICT # A-1 and C-3
Calendar Quarters Payment Date
January 1 to March 31 1
April 1 to June 30 July 1
July 1 to September 30 October 1
October 1 December 31 to January 1
The City Clerk shall notify all persons within the
district who are affected by this Resolution of the calendar
quarters and the payment dates herein established by mailing a
notice thereof to the last known post office address of the per-
sons living in the district. Charges for the first calendar
quarter in which use of the sewer system is made shall be pro-
rated according to the length of time during that quarter that
the system is used by the respective properties.
