ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF DEPUTY
BUILDING INSPECTOR AND OF PLUMBING INSPECTOR
BE IT RESOLVED that the position of Plumbing
of the City of Muskego is hereby established, said off
filled by appointment by the Common Council.

TENURE. The inspector shall be a licensed plumber
and shall serve for an initial term of four (4) years, sub-
ject to removal by just cause or misfeasance or malfeasance in
office. The license of the inspector may not be renewed while
he remains in office.
DUTIES. The inspector shall have the powers and duties
as prescribed by Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code, being the
Plumbing Code, and shall have such other power and duties as pre-
scribed by Chapter 145 Statutes and as the Building Inspector
shall from time to time determine.
COMPENSATION. Compensation of the inspector shall be
as determined by the Common Council.
DEPUTY BUlLDlNG INSPECTOR. The Plumbing Inspector
shall also be the Deputy Building Inspector whose powers and
duties shall be as prescribed by the Building Inspector.
