AUTHORIZING DISBURSEMENTS MADE FROM ACCOUNT 8602-049,
CONTINGENCY FUND TO CITY TREASURER AND TAXPAYERS
WHEREAS, Arthur Wieselmann, City Assessor, has advised the Finance
Committee that errors were made in various assessments in the 1968
Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS, two errors were a result of land purchased by Waukesha
County for right-of-way purposes from Casimir M. Niescior, Jr.,
Tax Key #2192.984 and Walter Wendlandt, Tax Key Q2190.998, and
ImEREAS, one adjustment must be made due to a duplicate assessment
against Alfred Badertscher, Tax Key #2185.998, and
WHEREAS, two disbursements must be made to correct an erroneous
assessment against Melford Foth, Tax Key 82222.984 and John M.
Blasius, Tax Key 112196.972.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council does hereby
approve that the following adjustments be made in accordance with 6 the City Assessor's recommendation, said adjustment to be made
from Account #602.049, Contingency Fund, and payable as follows:
