TRANSFER OF -FUNDS FRCM ACCT. #602-049,
CONTINGENCY FUND, TO REIMBURSE CASEY
KENDZIORSKI, JR.
WHEREAS, Resolution 8160-68, adopted by the Common Council of
the City of Muskego on August 27, 1968, authorized Casey Kend-
ziorski Jr. to continue engineering services for the City of
Muskego through December 1, 1968,
WHEREAS, all monies allocated for completion of this contract
under the above resolution have been expended,
WHEREAS, Mr. Casey Kendziorski, Jr., has presented the City of
Muskego a statement for expenses incurred covering the presentation
of Little Muskego Lake at the Lake Michigan Seminar for the League
of Women Voters,
WHEREAS, the expense statement for the presentation covering
printing and salary reimbursement totalling $83.50 has been
recommended for payment by the Finance Committee.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council does hereby
approve this expenditure.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1969.
