RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION
(Relocated Highway "Y" Assessment District)
OF NOTICE TO BIDDERS
RESOLVED that the City Clerk, with the advise of * the City Attorney and City Engineer, shall prepare a Notice
to Bidders covering the proposed work of constructng sanitary
sewers in the assessment district known as Relocated Highway
"Y" Assessment District and shall publish the same as a Class
2 Notice in the official City newspapers and in such other
publication as she may determine likely to give notice to
the persons affected, the last of which insertions shall be
not later than one week prior to the date fixed for receipt
of bids.
