A RESOLUTION RELATING TO FINAL
(Relocated Highway "Y" Assessment District) DETERMI NATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego on 0' the 26th day of November, 1968, adopted a Prel iminary Resolution
numbered 199-68, expressing its intent to exercise its special assess-
ment powers in relation to the construction of a sanitary sewer 1) system in the fol low ing area:
All that part of Sections 8, 9, 16 and 17, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
All that land in said sections abutting proposed
re I ocated and reconstructed C'..T. H. "Y" (Rac i ne
Avenue - State Highway Commission Project S-SUO355(3)
from the West 1/4 Section line of Section 16 North
to the intersection with Lochcrest Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has tentatively adopted the
report of the City Engineer containing certain plans and specifica-
tions for the construction of said sewer system, and mestimate of
the cost of the installation of said system; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, pursuant to notice properly
given as required by Resolution #l99-68, and as appears from the
records of the City Clerk, held a public hearing on the 24th day of
February, 1969, concerning the matters contained in the Preliminary
Resolution and the report of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED;
I. The said Report, including the statement as to the
estimated cost of said improvement and the schedule
of amounts assessed as to each parcel of said real
estate, be and the same hereby is finally determined
to be correct and is finally approved and adopted,
and said statement of cost and schedule of assess-
ments are hereby finally determined to be correct
and are finally approved and adopted as heretofore
modif ied.
ATTEST:
2. The Plans and Specifications incorporated into said
Report are hereby finally determined to be correct
and are hereby finally approved and adopted as here-
tofore modified.
3. The work contemplated in said Report shall be
carried out in accordance with said Report as finally
approved and the payment of the portion of the cost
therefor which will be paid by special assessments
shall be made as set forth in the said Report.
