ACCEPTING THE BID OF JOHNNY'S PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
TO SUPPLY BULK GASOLINE FOR THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT
8 WHEREAS the Common Council had authorized the Finance Committee
to re-advertise for bids for gasoline dealers to supply 100
octane premium gasoline for the Police Department for a 6-month
period, and
WHEREAS the only bid received was from Johhny's Petroleum
Products ,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the bid of Johnny's Petroleum Products
to supply 100 octa.ne premium bulk gasoline for the price of
net 18.90 cents per gal. for a 6-month period.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2 DAY OF ,1969.
