REIMBURSEMENT OF OPTION MONEY PAID TO PURCHASE
HOHENSEE PROPERTY FOR CIVIC CENTER SITE
WHEREAS, Mr. Raymond Wallner secured an option on the Hohensee
City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, said option was taken out without any personal benefit
to Mr. Wallner, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wallner expended $200.00 of his own funds to secure
said option,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize that Mr. Wallner be reimbursed for
the $200.00 that he expended of his own funds to secure an option
on the Hohensee property for the purpose of a new Civic Center
for the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $200.00 be expended from Acct. #244,
8 property for the express purpose of the new Civic Center for the
6 Municipal Site.
