WAIVING OF LICENSE FEES FOR RIFLE RANGE a- AT MILL VALLEY SCHOOL
WHEREAS, Ch. 9.01, Sec. 2 (2) of the Municipal Code requires
that there be a $10.00 license fee for shooting galleries and
target shooting, and
WHEREAS the National Rifle Association, Fred Weinke, Agt., has
made application to conduct a Rifle Range to be held at Mill
Valley School, and
WHEREAS said license was approved by the Common Council on
December 30, 1968,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby waive the required fee of $10.00 for Mr.
Fred Weinke.
