APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN LINCOLN NATIONAL
LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY AND CITY OF MUSKEG0 FOR $5,000.00
GROUP LIFE INSURANCE FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEES,
THE CITY CLERK AND THE CITY ASSESSOR ma * WHEREAS the City of Muskego has previous contracted with Lincoln
National Life Insurance Company to provide a variable Annuity
Retirement plan, and
WHEREAS the Lincoln National Life Insurance has submitted a
proposal to the City which will provide a $5,000.00 Group Life
Insurance Plan for all full time City employees, the City Clerk
and the City Assessor.
WHEREAS the proposal has been reviewed and recommended by the
Finance Committee,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the proposal that has been submitted
by the Lincoln National Life Insurance Company to provide a
$5,000.00 Group Life Insurance Plan for all full time City of
Muskego employees, the City Clerk and the City Assessor. 4 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute the necessary documents to enter into such contract.
