DECLAR I NG THE OFFICE OF MUN IC1 PAL
JUSTICE TO BE VACATED

WHEREAS, Alyce T. Neff is the duly elected and acting Municipal
tice of the City of Muskego, and information has been given to the Common
unci1 at its regular meeting held at the Muskego City Hall on the 30th
day of December, 1968, which information has established to the satisfaction
of the Common Council that the said Alyce T. Neff has ceased to be an in-
habitant of the City of Muskego; and

WHEREAS, Section 17.03 Statutes provides in part as follows:
17.03 Vacancies, how caused
Any public office, including offices of cities,
villages and school districts, however organized, shall
become vacant upon the happening of either of the follow-
i ng events:
(4) His ceasing to be an inhabitant of this state; or
if the office is local, his ceasing to be an inhabitant
of the district, county, city, village, town, ward or
school district for which he was elected or within which
the duties of his office are required to be discharged
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Counci I
City of Muskego does hereby declare the office of Municipal Just
the City of Muskego vacated as of date for the reason stated in
Statutes.
