AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF AGREEMENT
BE'IWEEN ASSOCIATED HOSPITAL SERVICE, INC.
AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0

WHEREAS the Finance Committee of the City of Muskego has
recommended that Associated Hospital Service, Inc. provide
Blue Cross - Blue Shield insurance to employees of the
City of Muskego,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to execute contract between the City of Muskego
and Associated Service, Inc. to provide insurance to
employees of the City of Muskego, contract to become
effective January 1, 1969.
