BRANCH, AS A PUBLIC DEPOSITORY FOR THE CITY

BE IT RESOLVED that the Brookfield National Bank -
Muskego Branch, Brookfield, Wisconsin, be and is hereby des-
iganted as a Public Depository of the City of Muskego in
which the City Treasurer of the City of Muskego shall deposit
all public funds coming into his hands relating to tax account and time deposit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of
this resolution shall be filed with the Commissioner of Banks
of the State of Wisconsin as provided by Section 34.05,
Wisconsin Statutes.
