TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS
TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS
W WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego adopted
Resolutions 11119-68, 11121-68 and 11169-68 relating to Special e Assessments for Districts 1, 2 and 3, and
WHEREAS, within these resolutions assessments were levied
against properties owned by the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County and Muskego Voluntee. Fire Dept. , and
WHEREAS, the City is obligated to pay each of these assessments
to the district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Clerk be directed to
transfer $2,407.19 out of A fc, Unappropriated Surplus and
distribute, as follows:
Assess. B-10 - City of Muskego $ 492.54
Assess. B-37 - Waukesha County 169.50
to Afc 134
Assess. A-1 - City of Muskego 900.00
Assess. C-635 - Muskego Vol. Fire
Department 845.15
to Afc 133
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be further directed
to bill the Waukesha County Highway Commission in the amount
of $169.50 covering Assess. B-37 covering lands purchased by
the Commission for highway impr vement.
