AUTHORIZING OPTION AGREEMENT
ON IDLE ISLE BEACH
W BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby
approve the terms of the option agreement with Mary Killa for
the purchase of the property known as Idle Isle Beach.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon execution of this
option by Mary Killa that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute said option on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount to be paid
for said option in accordance with the terms thereof shall be
increased from the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to
the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars.
