RESOLUTION INITIATING A PETITION TO REZONE
CERTAIN LANDS IN SEC. 10
(Roland Linck €X Les Abel Property)
a WHEREAS a petition had been submitted to rezone certain lands
owned by Roland Linck in Sec. 10 from RSA to B4, and
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission, at their meeting of October 29,
1968, recommended that the two properties owned by Les Abel,
adjacent to the Roland Linck property, be included in the petition,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, upon the recommendation of the
City Plan Commission, the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby initiate a petition to extend the B4 District to
include the Roland Linck and the Les Abel properties.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Hearing date for the
proposed rezoning be set for December 10, 1968, at 7:15 P.M.
