GRANTING OF TEMPORARY PERMIT To PAYNE & DOLAN
TO OPERATE AN ASPHALT PLANT
WHEREAS Payne & Dolan has advised that they have work to do within
the City of Muskego and some work on C.T.H. "F" for the State
Highway Commission and the Waukesha County Highway Dept., and
WHEREAS they have requested that they be permitted to continue
to operate their portable asphalt plant at its present location
on Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS it has been recommended by the Plan Commission that Payne
& Dolan's request be granted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to Payne & Dolan a temporary permit
to operate their portable asphalt plant at its present location
on Crowbar Road, said Pennit to expire December 1, 1969.
