AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A JOHN DEERE
RUBBER TIRED FRONT END LOADER
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego had authorized
the Public Works Committee to advertise for bids for a rubber a tired front end loader, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has reviewed all of the bids
that had been received, and
WHEREAS it has been recommended by the Public Works Committee
that the bid received from the Milwaukee Engine & Equipment, Inc.
in the amount of $17,646.00 plus the cost of a 4 in 1 loader
bucket with a 1 112 yd. capacity, would be the most acceptable
bid,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the bid of Milwaukee Engine & Equipment,
Inc. for a John Deere rubber tired front end loader equipped with
a 4 in 1 bucket with a 1 112 yd. capacity at a cost not to exceed
$19.422.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS /a DAY OF -1968.
