ELIMINATING ALL SEWER ASSESSMENT INTEREST
IN DISTRICTS NO. 1 and 3 TO NOVEMBER 1, 1968
WHEREAS, Resolutions #178-688 and 11179-68, adopted by the Common
Council of the City of Muskego on the 8th day of October, 1968,
established that all persons in Sewer Districts No. 1 and 3 who
pay their assessment prior to November 1, 1968, shall be charged
no interest, and
WHEREAS, Resolutions No. 178-688 and i1179-68 has discriminated
against the property owner who does not have the financial ability
to pay his assessment prior to November 1, 1968, and
WHEREAS the interest that has accrued and any expenses relating
to the construction in Districts No. 1 and 3 effect all people
equally whether they pay their assessment or do not by November 1,
1968,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby establish that no interest shall be charged
to property owners of Districts No. 1 and 3 prior to November 1,
1968.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall send a notice to
all persons in the districtspf this resolution.
