PROCEEDINGS BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE A PART OF
SIMANDL DRIVE IN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
(West Side of Simandl Drive)
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole
of the following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street,
to-wit:
That part of simandl Drive in Hi-"Y" Ranches Subdivision
in the northeast one-quarter of the northwest one-quarter of Sec-
tion 8, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, lying between the follow-
ing described reference line of C.T.H. "Yl' and a line which is 60
feet westerly of, as measured normal to, said reference line;
Begin at a point in the east line of said northwest one- e quarter section which is 1299.06 feet South 0°09'04" West of the
north one-quarter corner of Section 8; thence North 31°16'15"
West 6.18 feet to a point of curve; thence northerly and to the
right along a 3OOO' curve (Radius is 1901.86 feet; Tangent is
668.79 feet) 1286.52 feet to a point of tangent; thence North 7'
19'30" East 60.37 feet to a point in the north line of said Sec-
tion 8, said point is also the point of ending of said reference
line, which is 260.59 feet North 89°53'10" West of said north one-
quarter corner of Section 8.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this reso-
lution is designated in red on a map hereto annexed and made a
part hereto as Exhibit "A".
