TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM UNAPPROPRIATED
SURPLUS To ACCT.ll553.0615

WHEREAS, Resolution 1/47-68, adopted by the Common Council
on March 26, 1968, authorized the City of Muskego to share in the
reconstruction of College Avenue from Lentini Dr. to newly relocated
Highway "Y", and
WHEREAS, the cost of this project to the city is estimated
to be between $22,000.00 and $25,000.00 plus the cost of acquiring
easements, right-of-ways, etc. to be budgeted in 1969, and
WHEREAS, it has been necessary at this time to purchase
some of the lands involved to prepare College Avenue for reconstruc-
tion,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that $1100.00 be transferred
from Unappropriated Surplus to Acct. ll553.0615, College Avenue,
covering lands purchased from Mary Preston and John Victor. 0
