RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECORD EXAMINATION OF
STATUS OF CITY OF MUSKEG0 PARKS AND STREETS
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a study be made of the status
of record title of various access points to Big Muskego and
Little Muskego Lakes; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that a complete
examination of the status of the record title of said
access points be made by an abstracter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Wisconsin Title Service
Co., Inc. be authorized to make such a study on behalf of
the City of Muskego with report thereon to be made to the
City Attorney.
