AUTHORIZING PUBLIC WORKS TO RULE ON WAIVER
OF SEWER LATERAL INSTALLATIONS
WHEREAS, various persons in the City of Muskego who
are the owners of lots that do not meet the minimum area re-
quirements of the City Zoning Ordinance as building sites, have
and will in the future request a waiver of the installation of
sewer laterals to the lot lines; and wherefore it is necessary
that the City be able to rule on each request to determine its
validity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Works
Committee of the Common Council be authorized to pass on each re-
quest for waiver of sewer lateral installation to sub-standard
lots, and that said request shall be made and granted or denied
on a form as annexed hereto.

REOUEST FOR WAIVER OF SEWER LATERAL INSTALLATION
m The undersigned does hereby request the City of Muskego
to waive the requirement of the installation of a sewer lateral to
the lot line of the property described below for the reason that
the undersigned does not intend to use the lot as a building site,
and said lot is a non-conforming lot under the current area regula-
tions of the City Zoning Ordinance.
The undersigned acknowledges that if a request is made
in the future for the installation of a sewer lateral to service
said lot, that the complete cost thereof is chargeable and assess-
able against said lot.
