AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF LAND
(Victor-College Avenue) e
e WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a deed from
John Victor for a portion of his property on College Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said lands be acquired
for the purpose of widening College Avenue within the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that upon the recommendation
of the Public Works Committee that the City of Muskego pay to
John Victor and Henrietta Victor, his wife, the sum of Five
Hundred ($500.00) Dollars as consideration of his conveying
to the City the following described real estate:
The northerly 50 feet of that portion of the northwest
quarter of Section 4, Township 5 North, Range 20 East
described in Volume 592 of DEEDS, on Page 528, said real
estate consisting of 0.14 acres, more or less, exclusive
of lands previously conveyed or dedicated for highway
purposes.
