TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS
TO ACCOUNT #528.0121, CITY PLANNING
WHEREAS Resolution #160-68, adopted by the Conrmon Council
of the City of Muskego on August 27, 1968, authorized Casey
Kendziorski, Jr. to continue his engineering services for the
City of Muskego through December 31, 1968, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that
$1200.00 be transferred from Unappropriated Surplus to
Account #528.0121, City Planning,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the transfer of
$1200.00 from Unappropriated Surplus to Account #528.0121
to cover the cost of the contract between Casey Kendziorski
and the City of Muskego. -
