ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEE FOR WATERWAY MARKERS
BE IT RESOLVED that the permit fee for any waterway
marker or aid to navigation, issued by the Common Council,
pursuant to Section 20.16 (4)(b) of the Municipal Code,
shall be in the amount of One and 50/100 ($1.50) Dollars.
