a ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR CROWBAR ROAD
RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee was given authorization to
advertise for bids for the reconstruction of one and one-half
miles of Crowbar Road from Highway “24“ south to Parker Drive, and
WHEREAS the following bids were received:
Don DeBack $ 32,490.00
James Gyuro 64,760.00
Wolf Construction 60,425.60
W. H. Fuller 33,209.00
Stoehr Grading Co. 58,000.00
and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended. upon the
advice of the City Engineer, that the low bid of Don DeBack
in the amount of $32,490.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Don DeBack in
the amount of $32,209.00 for the reconstruction of one and
one-half miles of Crowbar bad from State Trunk Highway ”24”
south eo Parker Drive.
