AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF LAND WITH
RESERVATION OF SIGHT EASEMENT
(PRESTON-COLLEGE AVENUE)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is presently acquiring lands
or interests in lands for the purpose of widening College Avenue
in the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized by Statute to acquire
property rights in lands, including rights of access and use,
negative or positive easements and covenants, running with the
I and; and

WHEREAS, Mary S. Preston is the owner of certain lands
of which it is necessary that the City acquire a sight easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego 0 accept a deed from Mary S. Preston to the real estate hereinafter
described, and that the City then Quit Claim said property to Mary
S. Preston, reserving to the City a visual sight easement for
traffic safety purposes; said deed to be as per Exhibit "A" attached,
and the real estate being that described in said deed.
