AFFIRMING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLAN
COMMISSION To REZONE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN
SECTIONS 3 and 4 (KIRKWOOD)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the Plan
Commission to rezone certain parcels of land in Sections 3
and 4 by removing the OED District from Kirkwood Manner
Subdivision and expanding the RS-3 Districts in these sections
to better relate undeveloped properties to existing Muskego
Shores Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney
is directed to draft the necessary ordinance.
