DENYING CLAIM FOR UNUSED BUILDING PERMIT
WHEREAS, the Everbrite Electric Service Company has
Building Permit No. 4924,
requested that they be refunded $6.00, covering unused
WHEREAS, it has been determined that costs of admini-
stration in both issuing the permit and refunding said
fee would exceed permit cost,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended to the
Common Council that said request be denied,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE, that the Common Council does
hereby deny the request of Everbrite Electric Service
Company for said refund.
