AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION OF OFFER TO
PURCHASE FOR IDLE ISLE
WHEREAS, The Common Council has determined that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Muskego to acquire that certain
property located on Little Muskego Lake known as Idle Isle; and
WHEREAS, the possibility of acquiring said property through neg-
otiations with the owner, Mary Killa, exists; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council may decide to apply for a Federal
Grant in aid of the purchase thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Finance Committee be
the property known as Idle Isle on Little Muskego Lake, and to
authorized to negotiate with Mary Killa for an option to purchase
pay therefor the sum not to exceed Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars,
said option to be subject to final approval of the Common Council.
