0 GRANTING STATE SAND AND GRAVEL COMPANY
PERMIT TO QUARRY GRAVEL
WHEREAS State Sand and Gravel Company has requested a permit to
quarry gravel on certain lands owned by them in Section 18, and
WHEREAS the Muskego Plan Commission has recommended that a permit
be granted for the year 1968-69, to expire July 2, 1969, subject
to the continuation of the $30,000.00 bond that will guarantee
the completion of the proposed restoration plan,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby gra.nt to State Sand and Gravel Company a
permit to continue their extractive operation in Section 18, for
the year 1968-69, permit to expire July 2, 1969.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit is granted subject to the
continuation of a $30,000.00 bond approved by the City Attorney.
