AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF RADIO EQUIPMENT
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH MOTOROLA CO.
WHEREAS it has been recommended by the Finance Committee that
the City of Muskego enter into a Radio Equipment Maintenance
Contract with Notorola Communications and Electronics, Inc.
for the maintenance of radio equipment at the Muskego Police
Department, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee based their recommendations
on excessive maintenance costs of such radio equipment,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of a Radio Equipment Maintenance
Contract between the City of Muskego and the Motorola Commun-
ications and Electronics, Inc. for a monthly fee of $130.70.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contract be approved by the
City Attorney and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute same in the name of the City.
