AUTHORIZING THE APPRAISAL OF IDLE ISLE BEACH
WHEREAS the purchase of Idle Isle Beach by the City of Muskego
has been under consideration for a period of time, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has deemed it necessary to have
an appraisal of this property completed by a qualified
appraiser, and
WHEREAS it has been determined that it would cost $175.00 to
complete said appraisal by Mr. Howard Hansen,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the appraisal of Idle Isle
Beach by Mr. Howard Hansen at a cost not to exceed $175.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee have said a appraisal completed.
