RESOLUTION PROVIDING MUNICIPAL SEWER
LATERAL INSPECTION
WHEREAS the municipal sewer projects presently being installed in the
City of Muskego require inspection of each lateral installed, and
WHEREAS the installation of laterals will commence imthe very near
near future, and
WHEREAS it is possible to contract with the Metropolitan Sewerage
Commission to supply the trained personnel to inspect the laterals
being installed, and
WHEREAS it is also permissible to use locally trained individuals
as inspectors under the direction of the Plumbing Inspector, and
WHEREAS it seems advisable to contra.ct temporarily with the Milwaukee
Metropolitan Sewerage Commission until satisfactory arrangements can
be made to provide trained personnel from the community,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to contact the Milwaukee
Metropolitan Sewerage Commission in regard to this matter,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to execute such contract in the name of the City after it has been
approved by the City Attorney.
