AUTHORIZING FULL TIME PAY TO CITY EMPLOYEES
WHILE AT MILITARY SUMMER CAMP
WHEREAS Military Reservists who are employees of the City of
Muskego are required by law to attend summer camp each year
for a period of two weeks, and
WHEREAS the Military pay rate is substantially less than the
employee earns while working for the City, and
WHEREAS the Mayor and Common Council recognizes the duties of
the employee to his Country,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to pay said employee or employees the full rate of pay for the
two week period while at mandatory Military Summer Training Camp.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said employee shall in return endorse
and pay to the City of Muskego the full amount of the pay he
received from the U. S. Government while attending this two week
training camp.
