DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AMENDMENT TO
THE ZONING ORDINANCE (SEC. 24)
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has recommended that certain
lands of approximately 18 acres in Section 24 be rezoned
from B-4 (Highway Business) to R-3 (Country Home),
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney is directed
to draft the necessary implementing ordinance to rezone
certain parcels of land of approximately 18 acres in Section
24 from B-4 (Highway Business) to R-3 (Country Home) for
submission to the Council.
