RESOLUTION LEVYING ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS this Common Council has made a determination of the total
City, and of the amount to be paid in respect to the real estate
ings duly had pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Muskego do hereby
resolve that:

1. The special assessment schedule which is filed with the
City Clerk as part of the Report of the City Engineer
relating to special assessments for the construction of
a sanitary sewer collection system within said City, which
Report was adopted as the Report of the Common Council, is
hereby made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein,
and, for the purpose of paying a portion of the cost of
constructing and installing the sanitary sewer collection
system within said City, there is hereby levied and assess-
ed against each of said lots and parcels of land the
respective amount set opposite the description of said
respective lots and parcels of land in said assessment
schedule,

2. The amounts so assessed and levied against said respective
lots, tracts or parcels of land are hereby found and de-
clared to be assessed on a reasonable basis and not to ex-
ceed, in the aggregate, the average cost of installation
of an eighdnch sanitary sewer having an average depth of
ten feet.
3. Said special assessments may be paid as provided by law
in ten (10) equal installments together with interest
thereon at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum, from
the first day of September, 1968, the first installment
shall include one-tenth of the principal of the special
assessment together with interest on the whole assessment
at said rate of six per cent (6%) per annum from the afore-
said day of September, 1968 to the 28th day of February,
1969; and each subsequent installment shall include a like
proportion of the principal and one year's interest upon
the unpaid portion of said assessments at the aforesaid
rate of interest.

4. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of this
installment assessment in the form attached hereto as
Exhibit A by publication of a copy thereof in the Tri
Town Hub, the official City newspaper which is likely to
give notice to the persons affected and by mailing a copy
thereof to every interested person whose post office
address is known, or can with reasonable diligence be
ascertain.
