A RESOLUTION RELATING TO FINAL
DETERMINATION OF SPECIAL ASS-
ESSMENTS
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego has on the
13th day of December, 1966, adopted a Preliminary Resolution
numbered 1-67, expressing its intent to exercise its special
assessment powers in relation to the construction of a san-
itary sewer collection main and sewer service pipes in the
following area:
All that part of Section 9 and Section 16, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin described as follows: All that
land abutting C.T.H. "Y" (Racine Avenue) from
S.T.H. "24" to a point approximately 5700 feet
South of S.T.H. "24";

WHEREAS the Common Council has tentatively adopted the Report
of the City Engineer containing certain Plans and Specifications
for the construction of said sewer system and an estimate of the
cost of installation of said system; and
WHEREAS the Common Council duly held a meeting on the 11th day
of January, 1967, for the purpose of hearing any person interest-
ed concerning the matters set forth in said Report and Prelimin-
ary Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Muskego do hereby
resolve:

The said Report, including the statement as to the
estimated cost of said improvement and the schedule
of amounts assessed as to each parcel of said real
estate, be and the same hereby is finally determined
to be correct and is finally approved and adopted, and
said statement of cost and schedule of assessments are
hereby finally determined to be correct and are finally
approved and adopted as heretofore modified.
The plans and Specifications incorporated into said
Report are hereby finally determined to be correct
and are hereby finally approved and adopted as here-
tofore modified.
The work contemplated in said Report shall be carried
out in accordance with said Report as finally approved
and the payment of the portion of the cost therefore
which will be paid by special assessments shall be made
as set forth in said Report.

INSTALLMENT ASSESSMENT NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a contract has been let for the
stations and appurtenances to the Sewerage System in the City
@ installation of a collection system including laterals, lift
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, in the following area:
All that part of Section 9 and Section 16, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, described as follows: All that
land abutting C.T.H. "Y" (Racine Avenue) from
S.T.H. "24" to a point approximately 5700 feet
South of S.T.H. "24"
and that the amount of the special assessment therefor has been
determined as to each parcel of real estate affected thereby and
a statement of the same is on file with the City Clerk of said
City; it is proposed to collect the same in ten (10) install-
ments, as provided for by Section 66.54, Wisconsin Statutes,
with interest thereon at six per cent (6%) per annum; that all
assessments will be collected in installments as above provided
except such assessments on property where the owner of the same
of this notice a written notice that he elects to pay the special
assessment on his property, describing the same, to the City
Treasurer on or before the next succeeding November 1. If, after
making such election, said property owner fails to make payment
to the City Treasurer, the City Clerk shall place the entire
assessment, together with interest, on the next succeeding tax
roll.
