CCR1968115a a RESOLUTION #115-68 RESOLUTION REGARDING HOLDING TANK BOND AGREEMENT WITH TEXACO WHEREAS, Texaco Inc., a foreign corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin is developing certain real estate in the City of Muskego for the purpose of a filling station operation; and WHEREAS, the approval of the State Board of Health must be obtained prior to the installation of a holding tank to be used in connection with said filling station operation; and One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars with the city to guarantee WHEREAS, the State Board of Health now requires the deposit of Health; and compliance with the rules and regulations of the State Board of WHEREAS, the State Board of Health requires the City of Muskego to service said tank if the owner thereof does not; NOW, THEREFORE, TEXACO INC., is firmly held and bound unto the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, in the amount of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars cash upon the following terms and conditions: 1. Owner shall have the tank pumped by a licensed septic tank pumper with sludge and other material removed from the holding tank and hauled to an approved place of disposal in accord with the Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 146, Chapter RD 13 and Section H 62.20 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. 3.
