A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PAYMENT OF DELINQUENT
TAXES PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF CLASS "A" AND CLASS I'B"
INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE
LICENSES
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has determined
that it is for the public good, health and welfare that all per-
sons, holding a Class "A" Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt
Beverage License or a Class "B" Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented
Malt Beverage License should pay all delinquent taxes which may
be due the State of Wisconsin,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that no Class "A" or Class "B"
Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage License shall
be issued to any person who has delinquent taxes due the State
of Wisconsin until said delinquent arrearage is paid as certified to
by the Department of Taxation of the State of Wisconsin
