RESOLUTION NO. lit-68
a RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING CITY PARKS
aWHEREAS, Section 1.05 (6) (e) 1 City of Muskego Municipal Code
empowers the Park and Recreation Board to adopt Rules and Regula-
tions for City owned Parks so as to secure the quiet, orderly
and suitable use and enjoyment thereof, and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of all citizens that
policies be adopted, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby acknowledge and approve of said Rules
and Regulations governing City owned Parks, a copy of which shall
be made a part of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above regulations will be made
known to the Public by properly posting.
