AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN AMENDMENT
TO CHAPTER 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended to the Common Council that approximately 52
acres of land more generally known as a parcel bounded
by Tess Corners Drive, College Avenue, and Janesville
Road on all that part of the NE% of Sec 2 be rezoned
from RS-2, Suburban Residence to 1-1 Industrial Park
THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the City Attorney is
directed to draft the necessary implementing amendment
to the Municipal Code for the above described parcel
for submission to the Common Council.
