GRANTING EXTRACTIVE PERMIT TO HALES
CORNERS SAND AND GRAVEL
e. WHEREAS Hales Corners Sand and Gravel has requested a permit to
quarry gravel on certain lands owned by them in the NE% of Sec. 12,
and,
WHEREAS the Muskego Plan Commission has recommended that a permit
be granted for the year 1968-69, to expire June 17, 1969, subject
to the continuation of the $30,000.00 bond which guarantees
the completion of the proposed restoration plan and that the
property of Joseph Magerich be restored in accordance with a
previous agreement,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to Hales Corners Sand and Gravel
Company a permit to continue their extractive operation in the
NE$ Sec. 12 for the year 1968-69, permit to expire June 17, 1969.
. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this permit is granted subject to the 'e
continuation of a $30,000.00 bond approved by the City Attorney.
