RESOLUTION DECLARING A TEMPORARY
EMERGENCY MEASURE REGARDING PARK
DRIVE
W WHEREAS the Common Council has determined that an emergency exists
on Park Drive by virtue of the fact that many people are using
said Drive, which is designated as a fire lane, as an access to
Little Muskego Lake. As a result of the influx of people using
said lane as an access to the lake, the City is forced to take
emergency action against such tresspassing,
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS DECLARED by the Common Council of the City
Muskego, that as a temporary emergency measure, that "no swimming"
and "no parking" signs be posted at the entrance to said fire
lane and that a chain be suspended across the entrance of said
fire lane and that the Police Department be authorized to order
all people who use said lane for swimming purposes, toilet facilities
or other purposes, to leave said area.
