AUTHORIZING THE MUSKEGO PROFESSIONAL POLICEMEN'S
ASSOCIATION AS OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE OF EMPLOYEES
OF THE MUSKEGO POLICE DEPARlMENT
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed representing that a majority
of the members of the Muskego Police Department have signed
said petition and that they intend to form an association known
as The Muskego Professional Policemen's Association, for the
purpose of collective bargaining with the City of Muskego con-
cerning wages, hours and other working conditions, and
WHEREAS, Section 111.70 Statutes authorizes cities to recognize
such an organization for the purposes stated,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that upon certification of the
Chief of Police of the City of Muskego that a majority of the
personnel, have signed said petion, that said association known
as The Muskego Professional Policemen's Association, be recognized
as the bargaining agent of said Association pursuant to Section
111.70 Wisconsin Statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Association shall be recognized
as the bargaining agent for all employees of the Muskego Police
Department except supervisory personnel.
