GRANTING AN EXTRACTIVE PERMIT TO GRAVEL, INC.
WHEREAS, Gravel, Inc. has petitioned the Common Council of the -* City of Muskego for a renewal of their Extractive Permit, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission, having received the proper
bond in the amount of $25,000.00, have recommended that the Permit
be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request of Gravel, Inc. for an
Extractive Permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Pennit shall expire June 19, 1969.
