RESOLUTION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole
of the following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street,
to-wit:

That part of Hi-Y Drive in Hi-"Y" Ranches Subdivision
in the northeast one-quarter of the northwest one-
quarter of Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 20
East, lying between the foIIowing.described ref.erence
line of C.T.H. "Y" and a line which is 60 feet easterly
of, as measured normal to, said reference line;
Begin at a point in the east line of said northwest
one-quarter section which is 1299.06 feet South Oo
09'04" West of the north one-quarter corner of
Section 8; thence .North 3loI6'15" West 6.18 feet
to a point of curve; thence northerly and to the
right along a .3OOO' curve (Radius is 1909.86 feet;
Tangent is 668.79 feet) 1286.52 feet to a point of
tangent; thence North 7°19'30" East 60.37 feet .to a
point in the north line of said Section 8, said
point is also the point of ending of said reference
line, which is 260.59 feet North 89O53'10" West of
said north one-quarter corner of Section 8.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this reso-
lution is designated in red on a map hereto annexed and made a
part hereto as Exhibit "A".
