ACCEPTING THE RETIREMENT PROGRAM PROPOSAL
FOR CITY OF MUSKEG0 EMPLOYEES AS SUBMITTED
BY LINCOLN NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
WHEREAS a Retirement Plan for full time employees of the City of
Muskego has never been in effect, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee had received and reviewed
proposals of several insurance companies, and
WHEREAS the Lincoln National Life Insurance Company was the
only company that submitted a variable annuity plan and had
been authorized to submit its proposal to the Common Council,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the variable annuity retirement
plan that had been submitted by the Lincoln National Life
Insurance Company for the full time employees of the City of
a Muskego.
