a AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE
TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE PURCHASE OF
LAND ON UNION CHURCH DRIVE
WHEREAS the Town of Norway is contemplating the reconstruction
of Union Church Drive, and
WHEREAS the Town of Norway has asked the Public Works Committee
of the City of Muskego to purchase lands on the north side
of said road,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Cormnittee to
negotiate for the purchase of the necessary lands on the north
side of Union Church Drive.
